As any pet parent knows, a vacation isn’t the same without your pet. While I’m guilty of going on long-haul trips and leaving Dallas behind (I can’t imagine him flying), when it comes to a stay that is in driving distance, I want to have him with us. A few weeks ago, Andres left for Colombia and Dallas and I hit the beach for a staycation. With large rooms, beautiful views & a close proximity to outdoor space for walking Dallas, we headed to Shore Club South Beach. We had such a fantastic stay! Shore Club is my top recommendation if you’re heading to South Beach and want your furry friend to stay with you too.
The staff was amazing, and if you book a room with a balcony, you have an enclosed space where your fur baby can lay in the sun and relax outdoors while you relax, too. Of course, pets aren’t allowed at the pool or the restaurant, but you can order room service and then venture out to nearby outdoor spaces like Collins Park or Lincoln Road. There is plenty to do on South Beach with your pup in tow. All in all, Dallas (and I) loved our experience at Shore Club, and we’ll probably do another little South Beach staycation down the road.
