Hey! I’m a gossip girl fanatic and through google i came across your GG post and hence, your blog. I think its super creative and I’ve been back on it several times ever since i discovered it last week. I read that you want to be part of a publication … have you heard of creative loafing? My friend wants to be a journalist and she works for it in Atlanta, they don’t have one for Miami but there is a Creative Loafing Tampa… you should check it out. http://tampa.creativeloafing.com/gyrobase/AboutUs

Hi Doll! Always a pleasure to hang with you at fun events in Miami. Good for you with trying to learn Spanish. Nothing like a lovely blonde telling off some papi chulo in his native tongue. Cheers! xo ~Lisa

    Hi,
I am contacting with you because I love your blog and I wanted to let you know that we just opened up a new pole and aerial dance studio in Wynwood, Miami.

Located in the heart of Wynwood, the Art & Design District, in an amazing loft the studio overlooks cool graffitis, underground, radical chic, street style and very hip, our studio reflects the metropolitan soul of Wynwood, listed as one of the 10 coolest neighbourhoods in the world by Vogue Magazine. The studio offers intense yet fun workout, through our signature Pole & Aerial Fitness classes, ranging from Basic Pole Gym & Dance as well as Aerial Fabrics and Hoop classes, that will make you feel fit and beautiful. Women and men of all ages and fitness levels are able to enjoy one of a kind fitness and dance workout that are tailored to their busy schedules.

With our variety of flexible class packs and memberships, you can choose to train in a multitude of classes, whenever and as frequently as you like! Officially recognized as a sport in recent years, Pole Fitness is a discipline that promotes strength, flexibility and cardiovascular benefits combining dance, gymnastics and acrobatics.

More demanding than Zumba, sexier than hip-hop and sometimes more acrobatic than kung-fu, pole and aerial fitness is trending more than ever. Pole and aerial fitness has evolved tremendously over the years, and has shed its often taboo image.

Combining the grace of dance, gymnastics and acrobatics, pole dance distinguishes itself with the results one sees. To defy gravity, all muscles are activated to remain above the ground or to climb the pole. The classes are designed for women and men of all ages, shapes and experience.

MPDS believe in a world with more empowered, happy, self-confident women. Pole and Aerial fitness makes women feel beautiful and strong.

I would be glad to invite you for a class to see our location and experience our work out.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!
