When it comes to building a wardrobe you love, there are a few things to consider aside from brand, cut, price, quality, and occasion. One of the most important elements in addition to of all of this is COLOR! What colors look best on your? What colors wash you out? For me, I notice my closet is packed with blues, pinks, reds, and blacks, with a few other colors every here and there. Depending on your eye color, hair color, skin tone, and let’s face it, personality plays a role, you’ll find out what colors look best on you. These colors are likely the ones you feel most confident and the most YOU in.
While I love browsing blogs and seeing the amazing personal style everyone has, let’s be real, not everything is going to look good on me (or you). If you want to try out a new color scheme, I suggest trying things on and snapping a few photos in the dressing room before buying. From there, you know what colors to focus on when building your wardrobe. Other colors that might not be your best can always be accessories and accent items.
