Ankle boots are probably the shoes I am drawn to the most when it comes to wearing skirts and dresses. Why? Something about a pair of boots just toughens up the overall look. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I like wearing sky high stilettos, but when it comes to a day at the office, a pair of kick-ass boots just seem more appropriate.

On moi: Ann Taylor blouse, Very Volatile boots(last season, newer style here), Gucci sunglasses, Fringe purse (similar), Forever 21 skater skirt (only left in blue), Gemma Simone tassel necklace (c/o).
