Historically, many would argue that brown and black do not match. Chocolate brown, I get. But cognac? Cognac BEGS to be paired with black. A simple black dress paired with cognac accessories is a fresh yet classic twist on an otherwise garbage sack of a gown. I NEVER wear heels to work, as many of you have probably noticed over time. It feels a bit silly but I must admit, it feels a bit empowering too! Plus I haven’t work these Alexander Wang mules peep toe booties in MONTHS, which I am ashamed to admit.
I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend and it looks as though we may have some rain here in South Florida… bring it on! Nothing I want more than to curl up on the couch with my husband and our pup and order in, relax, & watch movies.
