As I said yesterday, the soaring temps call for clothes that let you breathe and blow with the wind. Few things do this better than a mullet maxi skirt. Don’t let the name fool you– they are whimsical and romantic and almost feel dressed up for daytime, especially in a deep scarlet hue. Paired with a bold leopard scarf, easy sandals and gypsy-gold bangles and earrings, today was like a little costume party. I call this my Stevie Nicks meets Esmeralda meets…Gucci.
