Ok, everyone, take a collective exhale: swim week is over. Talk about an amazing/exhausting time! I’m so grateful to everyone who helped make swim week magical for me this year and I am also glad to be back to a normal routine, sleeping in my own bed. I’ve still got a monster suitcase of laundry to do, but in my typical style I’ve got a closet bursting at the hinges with plenty of other things to wear. This dress was a total score at a Nordstrom Rack clearance sale–$7 NWT! It’s open in the back but a denim jacket hides the design and makes it okay for the office. Don’t you just love how it flows in the wind!
If you’re looking to purchase an item that will bring out versatility in other items you own, I suggest a denim jacket. Easy to layer and pair with any fabric, a denim jacket is an easy and fuss-free outfit piece that only gets better (and softer!) over time.
