navy & mustard

Happy Monday to all! I hope you are all making it through the day after St. Patrick’s Day just fine. We didn’t indulge much, but I made corned beef hash and we drank some Smithwick’s to celebrate…and that’s how you do St. Patty’s as an old married couple. 🙂 Just kidding. In all honestly, I only left my house like.. twice all weekend. I wasn’t feeling great and I just couldn’t make the heroic effort from pajamas to real clothes.

miami fashion blogmiami fashion blogerika thomas miamifort lauderdale fashion blogToday’s quite windy, so this outfit wasn’t the smartest move I suppose–but hey, I work indoors so it’s really only a problem when I’m outside. As for the boots, funny story there. My lovely husband tried to help me spray tan and I look like I have a rare form of carrot pigmented skin, hence the need to cover half of my legs. Sigh. The one true downfall of “safe sun,” I suppose.

Wishing you all a productive week & lots of happiness!

Oh no! How sweet of your husband to help though. Exfoliate in the shower a few times and you’ll be fine! I totally agree with you — “safe sun” might be annoying to apply, but so worth it when looking at the alternative!
