bea lola swimwear

My apologies for not posting photos of fashion week thus far! Luckily, thanks to Facebook, I managed to snag a photo from last night’s show. I love Bea Lola swimwear and the suit I got to wear is so fun and girly.

Here are some photos from the show:

and some blurry mobile uploads:

You can view Bea’s site at www.lopezhenriquecouture.com and email her any questions about suits! They are all one-of-a-kind and flattering in fun, hippy prints. xoxo and Happy Friday (finally!)

Oh and, for any of you who noticed how tan I am…Neutrogena Self Tanning Mist in Shade 3. hahaha

Rachel Roy @ Macy’s

Yesterday, I headed to Dadeland Mall in Miami to meet the beautiful Rachel Roy. Fresh off NYFW and this week’s episode of Project Runway, Rachel looked absolutely stunning. While male models walked around serving refreshments and snacks, female models sauntered around wearing Rachel’s latest designs.

Literally Rachel was one of the prettiest people I’ve ever seen up close. Not to mention like 6 feet tall and definitely a size 0. Also, she offered a lot of insight on life in the fashion world, expressed kudos to MOI for my journalistic endeavors and was an inspiration all around. Oh, and did I mention her line, Rachel Rachel Roy is TO DIE. Seriously.

una dia at the museo del oro

Novio and I decided to embrace a little culture and stimulate our brains a bit at the Museo de Oro in the Candalaria district of Bogota. It was perfect really, lots of gold (which I love) and the weather was really rainy so it was nice to put the umbrellas away and just relax. A wonderful beginning to my short stay en Colombia!

i love these guys…..”spirit fingers”
