Traditionally, I’m told that April showers bring May flowers. Unfortunately, here in South Florida, there is no poetry about the hit or miss year-round rain that used to be characteristic of the summertime. This morning, the rain came out of nowhere, making me glad I didn’t dry my hair (in fact, I slept with some Triple Nutrition Oil in it to show it some TLC) and let it air dry. I saw there would be rain, followed by blaring sun, so I had to dress accordingly. An easy outfit that works either way? A summery skater dress and a light cardigan.

Ironically, I just got this dress using some rewards points and I can’t find it anywhere online! This is the same print though. Interesting! I’m a huge fan of this bag too and it’s been too long since I’ve carried it. It seems like I just got it, but here it is in a post from last summer!

Today’s was just an all-around easy day for me wearing some things I love.
