Few things do this better than a mullet maxi skirt. Don&#8217;t let the name fool you&#8211; they are whimsical and romantic and almost feel dressed up for daytime, especially in a deep scarlet hue. Paired with a bold leopard scarf, easy sandals and gypsy-gold bangles and earrings, today was like a little costume party.
