Brutally hot afternoons (and mornings, let’s be honest) call for light layers and breezy fabrics. This a-line skirt is perfect for staying cool without blowing up in the wind, and this sleeveless denim vest is a great way to add a little style to a basic cami. These $2 camis are seriously the most economically sound wardrobe investment–I think I own like, 3 of every color. These coral platform sandals are ridiculously comfortable and I loved being able to coordinate them with my beaded coral bracelet. Sorry if you are sick of seeing this bag- promise that my next outfit I will be carrying something different. You’ve seen the denim vest and skirt before, styled totally differently. I love wearing the same pieces in new ways!
This is probably not an outfit you would envision if I mention vintage Lilly Pulitzer, however that’s exactly what this skirt is! I stumbled across it a few months ago on eBay and it was the best $7 I have spent–and the $6 sunglasses aren’t too shabby either!
On moi: Silver denim vest (old, similar), Forever 21 tank, Lilly Pulitzer skirt, Ann Taylor bracelet (all that is left is black), Qpid sandals c/o Necessary Clothing, Rebecca Minkoff bag (here’s a similar style), eBay sunnies, Melinda Maria earrings c/o, OPI nailpolish.
