Something about a pleated skirt just screams school uniform. I never was forced to wear one, but I lived vicariously through early Gossip Girl seasons in marvel of how S and B managed to look school uniforms look tres chic. The second I laid eyes on this pleated mini a few months back, I couldn’t wait to wear it. Then the weather got cold, then my closet got disorderly..etc… anyhow last night I cleaned out my closet and voila, it came back into my life. Perfect for a January day in South Florida–well, except for when the wind blows.
