crayola colorblocking

Two colors I love but rarely pair, blue and green. I wore these pants to the Standard and the Soho House on Sunday and they are so comfy! They don’t even feel hot like jeans, probably because they are very thin and feel more like cotton. Perfect for days like today, with sun shining and a nice breeze coming off of the water. The seafoam green is such a nice change too.

Today was a welcome and relaxing day after the MBFW Swim storm, and though I didn’t go to as much as I had planned it still took a lot out of me! I forget how exhausting fashion week can be. Last time I was in New York I got the flu from fashion week- so I knew this time around I needed limits! I am working on putting a post together of my favorite things from the past week though, it will be a good one and lots of fun memories with my friends down here. I knew I had to take it easy though, because I’m getting married this week! No puffy eyes or exhaustion allowed! In the meantime I will hide behind these Gucci glasses and my new Chloe ones from fashion week, you guys are gonna love those! Anyway excuse me if I look like I have too much attitude in these pictures, sometimes I feel like smiling comes off too obvious. 😉

miami fashion bloggerOn moi: Oversized tunic, old Forever 21; Ditto’s Days of Bold Jeans (c/o), Stephan & Co necklace (I seriously can’t believe how much wear I get out of this brand- and they are all under $25!), Leopard flats, Gucci sunglasses, Olivia + Joy Viper Top Handle Bag (c/o) (I have it in black but there is also a fun printed style here)–this size is great because I literally fit everything in like my makeup bag, iPad and important papers and things.

The Fashion Week Flu, as my dear friend Aly likes to call it, is about midway through fashion week when you just start to feel like well…you know, not so great. I felt the fashion week flu coming on around Saturday or so, but continued on my show-hopping, party-non-stopping ways across NYC.
